我国2003年表观消费量约为21.1万吨。其消费结构为:不饱和聚酯树脂对顺酐的需求量约占总需求量的71.1%，涂料约占6.2%，酒石酸约占3.8%，润滑油添加剂约占0.9%，农用化学品约占1.4%，琥珀酸及断约占2.4%，BDO、TFH等加氢产品约占2.8%，其他方面约占11.4%。
